Our Story
Where Culture Meets Cuisine
iNine is more than a name — it's a philosophy. International. Diverse. Elevated.
The Name Behind the Brand
International Nine Bistro
iNine is an abbreviation of International Nine Bistro, inspired by NYC natives and culturally diverse owners from different parts of the world.
The "Nine" represents the nine cultural identities that shape our menu, our mission, and our community. Every dish, every drink, every event carries the DNA of where our people come from.
Located in the Piano District of Mott Haven, Bronx — a neighborhood on the rise — iNine sits at the intersection of culture, cuisine, and community. Just minutes from Harlem, at the foot of the Third Avenue Bridge.

What We Stand For
International Roots
Founded by culturally diverse NYC natives with roots across the Caribbean, West Africa, and beyond. Our menu reflects the world we come from.
Afro-Fusion Identity
We blend culinary traditions — jerk spices meet French techniques, jollof rice meets modern plating — creating something entirely our own.
Bronx Proud
Located in the Piano District of Mott Haven, we're part of a neighborhood renaissance — bringing elevated dining to a community that deserves it.
Community First
iNine is more than a restaurant. We host events, support local celebrations, and create spaces where culture, community, and food connect.
Our Cuisine
Caribbean & West African Flavors

Jamaican jerk, oxtail, festival, saltfish, and island cocktails — we honor Caribbean culinary heritage in every bite, bringing the islands to the Bronx.

Jollof rice, goat stew, and bold West African spices crafted with authenticity and respect. Taste the tradition that inspired our name.
